The Parish Council meets every month, except in August and December, on the third Monday of the month, at 7.00pm, alternating between Sherford Village Hall and Frogmore Village Hall.

The meeting agenda is posted on the parish noticeboards  and on the website. All meetings are open to the public: anyone is welcome to attend for all or part of each meeting, and to raise questions during Open Forum at the beginning of the meeting.
